Reims and Juniville, 1947-1951. Nice friendly correspondence between these two Marne scholars, evoking their activities, their publications, etc. [Marcel Jay is the author of this book. Followed by the deliberation of the Council signed Commeau. Homage to Dom Pérignon "universally considered as the true creator of the wine of Champagne, such as we appreciate it today", developed in 3 points: discovery of the foam, assembly of the vintages and corking of the bottles. Numerous corrections in pencil and ink.
