Typewritten letter signed to Messrs. J. D. Cohn and William Celestin. Paris, June 28, 1927. 1 p. in-4, letterhead of the Théâtres des Champs-Elysées. "Pursuant to our agreements, I hereby undertake to transfer on July 15, either to you or to the company you will form to operate it, the lease of the Théâtres des Champs-Élysées, for the price of one million francs, payable after the legal deadline.
