Comstock regrette de ne pouvoir envoyer les spécimens d'insectes demandés par Miot, n'en ayant presque plus en double. « I regret extremely that I am unable to send you the specimens you desire at present. My supply of duplicatas is very limited, and the number of employers attached to my division is at present so small that this time is fully occupied in the regular business ».
