The SVV CONAN is subscribed to the TEMIS Service allowing the consultation and the feeding of the File of the restrictions of access to the auctions ("TEMIS File") implemented by the company Commissaires-Priseurs Multimédia (CPM).

The TEMIS File records the incidents of payment of the auction slips (late payments and defaults), regardless of the mode of participation of the bidders (face-to-face or remote) and can be consulted by all auction sales structures operating in France and subscribing to the service. The bidder is informed that if he fails to regularize his bidding slip within the period mentioned on the slip, a registration procedure in the said file may be initiated by SVV CONAN.
