Complete botany course taken under the dictation of Augustin Pyramus de Candolle during a course at the Faculty of Montpellier, where he headed the chair of botany between 1807 and 1816. It contains nocturnal plants, unisexual plants, African and Indian plants, flower anatomy, Charles Linné's system, a long catalog of plants, Candolle's plant properties, etc. - Botany. Professor Gouan's system and miscellaneous notes on botany". Circa 1848. 54 pp. small folio. List of plants "found in flower on June 12, 1848" at Saint Guiral, in the southern Cévennes, exposition of the system of Antoine Goüan (1733-1821), botanist from Montpellier, long catalog of classified flowers and comments: "I observed at the end of January 1846 the snowdrop in flower [...] at M. Daudé [...]", etc.
