AIN. 3 handwritten documents from the 17th and 18th centuries. - Large manuscript leaf, [1621], 46 x 33 cm. Small tear in margin. "Estat de la recepte et despense fait en l'année 1621 pour la solde des gens de guerre qui ont tenu garnison en Bresse [...]". - Letter signed jointly by "the syndics of the nobility and the third estate" [De Bonnens, Chatillon and Montausier] concerning "the Council's decision concerning the subscription of the ventièmes of the countries of Bresse, Bugey and Gex", and promising to comply with it. - Nicolas Léger, parish priest of Reyrieux and Parcieux. Autograph signed to the archbishop of Lyon, Claude de Saint-Georges (1630-1714), with apostille signed by the latter and his seal under embossed paper. [Parcieux] and Lyon, July 1710. Request from the parish priest of Reyrieux and Parcieux to the archbishop of Lyon, following a complaint from the inhabitants of his parish "in a spirit of sedition and under the pretext that he had grellé a few days before" concerning the disputed remuneration of the vicar. The Archbishop of Lyon orders that the treaty signed in 1684 between the parish priest and the inhabitants of Parcieux be executed. Enclosed is a brochure printed by the Institut de France: "Troisième centenaire de Claude Favre de Vaugelas à Pérouges (Ain) le dimanche 9 juillet 1950".
