Louis-Joseph de Bourbon, prince of CONDÉ (1736-1818). 4 signed letters to various correspondents. 4 pp. in-4 and in-folio (two letters with trimmed right edge touching the text). Paris 1760-1784. Supply of irons for the arsenals of La Fère and Douai, New Year's greetings, recommendation of a doctor from Guingamp, catch of a privateer. "You know, sir, that the owners of the privateer Le Grand-Alexandre de Marseille, have a lawsuit before the Royal Council, against the captain of the ship l'Expérience, which was in charge on behalf of the English, concerning the capture of this ship, which the privateer seized. These shipowners were protected by the Count of Charollais []". Attached is a true copy of a brevet de chevalier de Saint-Louis awarded by the Prince de Condé, signed by Baron Lepic.
