Maury to the Archbishop of Narbonne to be communicated to the French bishops residing in England. 2 pp. in-4. Rome 13 September 1800. True copy signed by the archbishop of Narbonne [Arthur Richard Dillon, who refused to sign the Concordat], dated 18 Oct. 1800. Address on the back to Mgr Champion de Cicé and wax seal with arms. - Period copy of the act of submission of Mgr Champion de Cicé. "I, the undersigned, considering with deep respect the brief that the Pope addressed to us on August 15 last and the reasons which are exposed there [] ". - Printed by Pope Pius VII, 4 pp. in-folio, Rome August 15, 1801. Large embossed seal under paper. Signature for conformed copy " Michael Patriarcha Hierosolijmitanus ". In Latin. - 2 very long and interesting letters of an unidentified bishop (perhaps Mgr de Lubersac?), one to Pius VII (4 pp. in-8), the other addressed to Mgr Champion de Cicé (4 pp. in-4 of a dense writing of which 2 of copy of his correspondence with other bishops), devoted to the question of the Concordat and the return of the bishops in France
