File from the archives of the aviator Maurice Bellonte who, the first, in company with Dieudonné Costes, crossed the Atlantic from east to west: 3 letters from the mayor of Falaise to Maurice Bellonte, after his feat ("The city of Falaise in which you spent your first youth and preserved family ties, followed with great emotion the phases of your triumphant raid over the Atlantic []" + 1 double reply. Sept.-Oct. 1930). 2 letters of the president and the secretary of the aeroclub of Caen to Maurice Bellonte, on the organization of a "festival in memory of the crossing of the Atlantic and for which Mr. Costes agreed to promise us his presence and collaboration".
